Director of Morro Bay National Estuary Program, one of only 28 nationwide; implement watershed based plan to improve water quality and protect rare habitats.
Co-founder and former principal with Crawford Multari & Clark Associates, an environmental, economic and planning consultancy; worked on general and specific plans, downtown revitalization plans; low income housing projects; fiscal impact analyses; economic development projects.
Community Development Director for City of San Luis Obispo, a community recognized for its planning tradition; staffed City Council, Planning Commission, Architectural Review Commission, Cultural Heritage Commission. Worked on general plan, housing and infrastructure plans, downtown design.
Community Development Director for City of Morro Bay, a seaside community adjacent to a nationally recognized estuarine wetlands and harbor; wrote implementation phase of coastal plan; worked on growth management and infrastructure plans.
Community service includes member of SLO Human Relations Commission, boards of directors with several non-profits including the Guadalupe Dunes Center, People Self-help Housing Corporation, Association of National Estuary Programs, SLO Chamber of Commerce.
